At Grosvenor Cleaning, we have taken every measure possible to keep our cleaners and clients 100% safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. We understand the current climate is difficult and we will do our best to ease as much of the burden as possible.

General Information:

 

Cleaning is more important than ever. The virus spreads through contact with contaminated surfaces. We have adjusted our cleaning procedures to deal with the need for antiviral agents and social distancing. Our cleaning teams are fully briefed and equipped with the necessary tools and the PPE needed for safe working.

 

Domestic Cleaning

We are continuing to follow the government advice in the latest statement of 10th May 2020. We are allowed to carry out procedures in homes and private residential properties and offices. We have to ensure our workers do not have any symptoms and maintain social distancing. We will not be able to clean if you are showing symptoms or are shieding in any way.

Our Safety Measures

 

We have implemented the following policies due to the official regulations of the british government:

 

• All of our cleaners have undergone a coronavirus test early May and also we do a daily symptom check. If anyone is showing even the mildest of symptoms, they do not work and follow the official NHS guidelines.

• All of our cleaners maintain a minimum distance of two metres while working on any customer properties.

• All our cleaners have had full training on the latest PPE guidance as well as new products for antiviral cleaning. 

 

All our cleaners will:

• Not engage in any physical contact and not any personal greetings. 

• Ensure that a minimum distance of two metres is maintained between them and customers at all times

• Arrive at the property with correct PPE and all cleaning materials. 

• Wash their hands before entering the property, thoroughly throughout the cleaning and dry them with disposable towels as often as possible.

• Replace gloves as often as possible.

• Disinfect their mobile phones and other devices thoroughly as often as possible.

• Special focus on all high-contact areas and items, like doors handles and doorframes, toilet flushers, taps, and knobs, TV remotes and gadgets. 

• Change dirty water as often as possible. Dispose of it correctly. 

• Wash all materials at a minimal temperature of 60°C
