How are payments made?
Payments for a singular cleaning service are taken in advance via our online payment system.
For a regular service, we are able to schedule invoicing and weekly payments.
Do you only supply cleaning services?
Not at all, in fact, we supply a host of other products and services.
From bed linen, to deliveries, and even bathroom toiletries.

How are your cleaners vetted?
All our employees have met the following conditions:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of address
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Written references from previous employers
- DBS Checks
You can be rest assured our staff are excellent mannered, well trained professionals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Things come up, and life can sometimes get in the way - it happens!
We are flexible and can accommodate cancellations up until 24 hours before, free of charge.
After this, we offer a 50% refund, or a voucher to rebook at another time or date.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes, we do!
Our availability runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year - We even clean on Christmas!
Are your cleaners insured?
Accidents do happen, but luckily, we've never had one. In the event that an item or something should get damaged, we have a number of insurance policies in place to help rectify any issues.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
We provide cleaning materials for all our cleans. You can request we supply a hoover and a mop, at a small additional surcharge.
For specialist COVID-19 cleaning operations, all our staff will be equipped protective gear, specialist products for disinfectants and bacteria.
Will the same cleaner always attend my job?
We take pride in offering a service where you can feel safe knowing the same cleaning is servicing you every time.
That being said, in the instance that our cleaner is away on holiday, or on annual leave, our manager will be able to provide other staff in the interim.
I have a large number of properties, do you have capacity?
We fulfill a number of large contracts and have capacity to take on new clients, meaning you can stay rest assured, we are always there to be your reliable supplier.
What measures do you take to ensure you are being thorough during the COVID-19 outbreak?
All our highly trained housekeepers have been through a rigourous training circuit designed to ensure they are trained to deal with this specialist type of cleaning.
We take precautions before, during and after servicing offices and residential buildings. Each client is tailored a plan to ensure the highest sanitation levels are maintained.
