We provide cleaning materials for all our cleans. You can request we supply a hoover and a mop, at a small additional surcharge.
For specialist COVID-19 cleaning operations, all our staff will be equipped protective gear, specialist products for disinfectants and bacteria.
We take pride in offering a service where you can feel safe knowing the same cleaning is servicing you every time.
That being said, in the instance that our cleaner is away on holiday, or on annual leave, our manager will be able to provide other staff in the interim.

We are flexible and can accommodate cancellations up until 24 hours before, free of charge. After this, we offer a 50% refund, or a voucher to rebook at another time or date.
